Mahabat Maqbara was a mausoleum of Bahaduddinbhai Hasainbhai, this place was once home to the Muslim rulers, the Nawabs of Junagadh. It was built by Nawab Mahabat Khan II of Junagadh (1851–82). The monument’s a seemingly perplexing mixture of Indo-Islamic, European, and Gothic architecture.
On the fourth tonk which is the highest point in Gujarat lies the shrine of Gorkhnath who is revered highly in the nath sampradaya of hinduism, a 'dhuni' lightened by him also lies in the vicinity. Also his footprints lie there.
This is one of the 52 Shakti peethas. It is believed that the stomach of the Devi had fallen here. The temple is on the top of the Girnar mountain called Ambika Shikhar. One has to climb 5000 steps to reach the temple located at a height of 3664 feet.

The oldest part of Junagadh, and the center of any visit to the city, is the upper citadel, known as Uparkot. Over 2300 years old, with walls up to 20 m high in some places, Uparkot is what allowed Junagadh to withstand a 12-year siege at one point.
From the Gorkhnath peak you have to first climb down approximately about a thousand steps from where there are two gates one going up to Dattatreya tonk and second down to Kamandalu kund. From the left gate you have to climb up another one thousand steps to Dattatreya tonk. The Dattatreya temple here houses the footprints of Lord Dattatreya along with an idol dedicated to the deity.
